The Bliss Point

We're taking a short pause, and coming back better than ever.

The Bliss Point is stepping off the mat for a little while. We're using this break to reset, recharge, and put the finishing touches on something special, a refreshed timetable and new class offerings we think you're going to love.

Think of it as us practicing what we teach: sometimes the most powerful move is stillness.

I’m new to yoga thought I’d give The Bliss Point a try. Emily the instructor has been so helpful, supportive and passionate with the help she has given me. Since starting out without any experience my ability to do the movements has improved and so has my balance and flexibility. Classes are always interesting and different in a really great setting. I’d definitely recommend trying a class

My Story

IMG_1952.jpeg

Hi, I’m Emily! I found yoga at a time when I felt completely off track, and it became the thing that helped me find my way back to myself.

Three years ago, I swapped the heart of Melbourne for the Bellarine Peninsula and quickly fell in love with the community, the coastline and the slower pace of life. After completing my yoga teacher training I knew I wanted to share the practice that had given me so much. With a background in health and fitness and the corporate world, I know how easy it is to get caught up in the busyness of life and how important it is to make time to pause, move and reconnect.

In my classes, you’ll find space to breathe, move and settle into yourself. Some days that might look like a strong, energising flow. Other days it might be slower and more restful. Either way, my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, calmer and more connected than when you arrived.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, overwhelmed or simply in need of some time for yourself, I’d love to welcome you to the mat.
